Sushi Island - Eugene

My friend and I went during the happy hour, 5-7 daily, and it is some of the most affordable conveyor sushi, and quite delicious. I came around 8 plates, including two sea salmon. The workers were very friendly and attentive to refill our water several times. Thank you.

Great selection and the chefs even try new rolls pretty regularly. Staff is very friendly and the food is very good. If you want it fresher than the belt, just ask and it will be out very quick!

Love the sushi here! I only get the non-fish rolls and I wish there were a few more vegan options, but I'm satisfied every time I come here regardless. I especially like that they are careful to use a clean knife and surface when I order vegan rolls.

I got delivery and it was okay. I’ve had better. I’ve gotten the exact same order at Oishii in Springfield and the rolls were better. There was too much rice around the asparagus and vegetable rolls. The rainbow rolls weren’t cut all the way. The rice seemed old. Granted I did order right before they closed and the rice was probably made early in the morning as per usual.

The fish wasn't especially fresh. The cuts of salmon were extremely thin. The Tamago was poorly cooked. Plates were pretty expensive, considering the overall poor quality and variety. Two stars for friendly service and a clean establishment.
