Poindexter Coffee - Eugene

This cafe is a convenient spot to get a cup of coffee if you're staying at The Graduate, but it's not somewhere you'd go out of your way to visit. We ordered drip coffee, which was scalding hot. The lid on my wife's coffee didn't fit properly, so we had to pour most of it out before leaving. We also tried a muffin, which was just average.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient. Despite being fast-paced, they still manage to make the experience enjoyable. The coffee is delicious and they are skilled at steaming milk.

During my stay at the Graduate hotel, I had breakfast at the restaurant three days in a row. I found the service to be good, the food to be good (although the oatmeal serving was small), and the espresso to be excellent. The restaurant opens at 6 am every day, which was important for me as an early riser from the east coast. I highly recommend it!

The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They provide quick service without compromising on the overall pleasant dining experience. The coffee is delicious, and they are skilled at steaming milk to perfection.

Avocado Toast, Kombucha, and smoothies are all fantastic options at this restaurant.
