Mother Ship Food Cart - Eugene

Phenomenal and unique cuisine! They serve breakfast all day and have a huge menu to choose from. The staff is friendly, and most dishes are priced between $8 and $12, with generous portions. I ordered the Pharaoh Brown, and I was absolutely amazed by the teriyaki beef and the slow-cooked brisket.

I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and the 'house fries,' and they were absolutely delicious! The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!

A bit on the pricey side, but the burgers were fantastic and totally worth it. We were assisted by a friendly gentleman, and they even have seating available in a renovated bus!

Man the food was amazing for a big price and even when I went it only literally opened and they had my food ready to go in just a few minutes. Also the portion size large for the price too. I would suggest the Loco Moko plate or even the Cyndi Bowel.

I love this place! A bus redesigned on the inside for dining next to a food cart with a lot of fusion foods with choices that are a blend of American, Asian, and Hawaiian. All the options are unique and it's a great stop for an inexpensive but filling plates
