Love their Eugene sourdough. It's sour, not like the whole grain which you can't tell us a sourdough. Still a good loaf, but missed the sour flavor. Very good pastry and cake selection. Slices of cake are a bit on the small size for the price. Free Cake slice on your birthday. Nice touch. Friendly staff.

There are few places in the world I feel comfortable enough to sit down and take in a moment, this is it. A new bakery, they serve great sandwiches and the staff are extremely polite and helpful to older people, people hard of hearing, etc. Very sweet experience

Completely forgot to make the birthday cake we ordered. It was too late and ruined the night. Offered nothing as a solution and canceled our order.
