I attended a retirement party at this restaurant and the appetizers were excellent. The service was exceptional and the restaurant had a clean and cozy ambiance. The bathrooms were also well-maintained.

My partner and I were thrilled to have our first date night in months. The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. This is definitely the best Mexican restaurant we've been to! Food was not the best in town. I had the Pollo Mole and the chicken was rubbery. The Guacamole looked and tasted like they bought it from Costco. Service was ok. The cost of the meals was very high for the amount of food and quality. All the Carne dishes said market price instead of an actual price.

Usually, this restaurant is a great place to visit. However, our experience this past Sunday was quite odd. The waiter, who seemed to be the manager, appeared to be upset and was impatient when taking our orders. He even slammed the menus down on the table. It was a strange experience. This incident has made us reconsider where we choose to dine in the future. Despite the busy lunch rush, rudeness is never acceptable.

Amazing drinks and delicious food! It’s a must to try if you haven’t already. Quick and friendly service is always expected when come to Los Potrillos!
