Bj's Brewhouse - Eugene

In spite of a recent negative review, we took a chance on this restaurant and it ended up becoming our new favorite spot in Eugene. We visit about once a month and the burgers here are amazing! The server was exceptional, attentive to our needs, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious until the last bite. To the individuals who complained about waiting for an hour to eat, I remember seeing you there with a party of 8 people. It takes time to prepare and bring out a large order like that all at once. Perhaps they could have served the food as it was ready, but then some of your group would have been eating while others waited, or their food would have gotten cold by the time everyone's order was complete.

Had my daughter birthday here. it was really good and it was waitress very nice and on everything. we even brought a cake and they put the refrigerator in the refrigerator until we were ready. we brought our own paperboard for the cake. they also gave the birthday child a big cookie with an egg above. I'm happy my family enjoyed it. they also had menu with crayons for the children.

My sister and I went to lunch today 1/8/22. was not in years. wow! 100% delicious food. 100% on fleek the service! cleanliness of restaurant and bathroom was also on point! they give them a great order for what they also pay. I'm sure I'm back with the rest of my family.

I just discovered my new favorite restaurant in Eugene. The service was incredibly quick, from placing our order to receiving our food. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the portions are generous. We'll definitely have plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My friend also wanted to mention that the food was fantastic.

The food was wonderful! I had ordered my food to be delivered by UberEats. There was a snafu. The management and staff of BJ's went above and beyond to be sure my food was great and delivered on time. I appreciate them and highly recommend for quality of food and exceptional customer service. UberEats did a good job in resolving my issue.
