Subway - Eufaula

Not mobile order. employees too busy on their phones with zero other customers to follow simple instructions. they must be monitored. toasted? no. extra paid for extra steak. is it there? no. can they repair it? no. it was already done. How can I fix it? ... too busy in an empty business with no other orders to fill chillin they're calling. red

She charged me too much the first time had to go back to her and tell her then she refunded it then charged me the regular price but hopefully it will come off my card

Also about the subway at 1074 N Eufaula Ave.. DO NOT GO HERE.. GO TO THE SUBWAY ABOUT A MILE DOWN THE ROAD!!! Ashanti was the absolute most rude person I've ever come in contact with. The fact that my husband and I apologized at least 6 times for ordering food at HER JOB is ridiculous and the owners management should be embarrassed. I even apologized for ordering food bc she was so irritated by HAVING TO DO HER JOB. While my husband and two kids quickly ate our sandwiches we heard lots of drama and the use of god multiple times by the three older ladies hanging out behind the counter, which is inappropriate in a place of business and so much more inappropriate with two children sitting there. FYI.. i ordered extra cheese on my sandwich and Ashanti didn't even pull them apart, she just stuck them all on the sandwich.. I had to ASK her to PLEASE separate the 4 slices of cheese , to which she rolled her eyes and grinned... AS I APOLOGIZED for being so difficult . After we paid, my husband asked her to hand him the food so he and the kids could start eating, to which she rolled her eyes and sighed AS MY HUSBAND APOLOGIZED for asking for the food he had just paid for.. The owners management need to get it together... I mean unless they think it's ok to have rude, lazy, dramatic, offensive people working there... In which case, they are doing a phenomenal job and should be out of business any day now, bc these days, people don't want to pay for overpriced sandwiches to angry miserable people who make them feel bad for making them work, while they are AT WORK.

The lady behind the counter was extremely nice, the vegetables weren't old and the place was clean.

Most amazing service! I got a buffalo Chicken 6 inch on toasted Italian bread with cheese, lettuce and ranch and hot tasted like the best Subway I've ever had ! Wow!I stopped by on a Sunday around 2 pm.
