Papa John's Pizza - Euclid

I paid for delivery was told they came but no one answered the phone . I called to ask where my order was and verified the number they called was mine . They said they would send my order back out I was standing out waiting for my order no one came so I called again and ask for a refund and was told the refund would be on my card in the owning and still have received a refund . The manager was rude . I usually don't care to make reviews but now you are playing with my money .

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was given cheese on delivery,The driver contacted the store and didn’t care to rectify issue.

I always order from this Papa John's location. The food is always good. I went to pick up an order about a month ago and was treated with great customer service. Fast forward to today, I placed a delivery order online. It was delivered on time. My issue was that the delivery driver called and advised me that he was out front (I live in an apartment building that is literally right up the street) I told him okay. I asked him if he could deliver to my apartment. He said that he is not allowed to. I can't walk right now. That's why I asked. I had to find someone to get my order for me. I called the store and was barely paid attention to. I was not listened to properly. I got a half a apology and was told that the driver would be talked to about it. I order my pizza from them every time I order pizza. This interaction and lack of empathy makes me not want to order delivery from them anymore. You pay for delivery, not for the driver to pull up and say I'm here. It's really a shame because they do a good job on their pizzas.
