Panini's Grill - Euclid

I really enjoy the food and have visited most of their locations in Lake and Cuyahoga counties. However, I was disappointed when I received a burnt pizza and wasn't given any napkins. That’s a basic expectation, and it fell short. Despite this, I will still return, though I might choose a different location next time.

I’ve had lunch at other locations that were much better than this one. I wouldn’t choose this place again and would consider other options if I’m in the area.

The food is excellent, the service is superb, and the staff is very friendly. The bar is also quite lovely. I highly recommend this place!

The staff is amazing at this Paninis. I had my birthday party here and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. When I walk in my drink shows up. That's great service and why I keep coming back. Cheers!

What I didn't like was the fact that they charged us gratuity 20% and then charged a percentage for using my card. A $13 meal ended with me paying almost $19. No notice of the charges until the check came.
