Subway - Etters

I would like to address the rude comments made about my son, who is the young man with the afro. He is just 15 years old, an honor roll student, and has been working for over a year. I find it unacceptable to speak negatively about a child. His name is Aaron, and I would appreciate respect in this matter.

I visited this restaurant two weeks ago with a friend. We were served by a girl and a guy with an afro. We ordered two subs, and they were prepared in just a few minutes—perfectly made and accompanied by excellent customer service!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent—very polite and patient with us. The two young men who prepared our subs did so exactly as we requested, even allowing us to add extra black olives, which many other places don’t. We were in and out quickly, and after lunchtime, the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. It was also very clean and welcoming. Next time we're in the city, this will definitely be a must-visit!

We bought a bunch of subs this weekend. I was embarrassed to serve them once I saw how little meat there was. The bread is mostly your sandwich with some salad in it. Too much bread. No more Subway for us.

The food portions were noticeably smaller than at other Subway locations. The employee actually weighed each scoop of meat, resulting in an estimated 25% less than what you would typically receive elsewhere. The bread was also surprisingly small, causing the meat and veggies to spill out. The staff member struggled to even close the sandwich properly after cutting it. I didn't request extra meat, but the amount I received was definitely less than what I would expect. After adding some sauces, the sandwich was a complete mess when I opened it – sauce and toppings everywhere. The employee handed me the bag and suggested I might need some napkins, which I certainly did. I know that Subways can be hit or miss, but this was by far my worst experience.
