Walkabout Cafe - ETTALONG BEACH

The bacon & eggs were delightful. Large servings though, so choose carefully if you're not a big eater. Had to pass half over to my husband.

This cafe situated within the Ettalong Markets complex is pretty average - but to be fair it probably suits most people. It has al the usual food you'd expect at a run of the mill middle of the road cafe. I go there for the doner kebabs - one of the only places on the Peninsula that offers them. They're pretty good. I've never eaten anything else there (and wouldn't - but I'm picky!) but the kebabs are good.

Great location,little cafe located in the middle of the markets excellent service. Staff were prompt and informative of menu choices. The bacon and eggs were beautiful and the omelette was just like mum's. Excellent start to the day thankyou.

This is a cosy cafe, tucked under the cinemas. we atr breakfast here on a couple of occasions. The tall blonde pony-tailed waitress was friendly, helpful and chatty, a credit to the place.The omelettes were delicious and coffees great!!

70 minutes to receive main course.requested well done beef but had i put a band aid on it it would have walked back to the field.after 2 requests to find out where my meal was they offered to my wife a free dessert.we completed main course and there was no sign of dessert at all so we went home.the offer on the day included the chance to purchase theatre tickets at five dollars each but when we took up this offer we were told that the tickets had been forgotten and left at home. come back next week. seems strange as the theatre is in the same building.
