Tim Hortons - Etobicoke

The previous review made me chuckle. When people make comments under their breath, they're bound to get some attitude. This is Tim Hortons, not Ruth's Chris! This Timmies in Etobicoke is top-notch. The food is really fresh here, and there is a noticeable difference compared to other locations nearby. The coffee is delicious and always hot, with an authentic taste. I'm not sure what they're doing differently here, but this is the only Tim Hortons in Etobicoke that I'll be visiting. It seems like they truly care about what they serve here. Thank you!

Now, went to this place for coffee this morning. as usual it was busy. I noticed that the priority seemed to command the collection and not the people on the theke..(You know the one who actually appears in person) the waiting period was quite long....as it was my application, I noticed that this must be the slowest timmys in etobicoke...and no, I have no timmy’s card, faithful card and I pay. only cash" the dame makes the numerous coffee for the extract ' obviously overheard me and took up to what I said (even if it is true). then she said something under her breath and I somehow got it. then I asked what you said. then she said loud. get out of my FACE'...hmm.Really?.she then repeated it. I asked her again, what exactly did you tell me before?. she said. choke on her coffee nizza. I hope timmy is aware that with brand ambassadors like herthey do not expect to regain business. here is an idea why not the customers at the theke a priority over the phone in....and send them a secret shopper ' in once in the when to see how the dinges are actually done....(not by the guide I am sure)

Tim Hortons is no longer up to par. Yesterday, when we ordered coffee, the employees were very rude to the customers. There was no manager present, and there were no signs warning about the poor customer service.

The customer service at this restaurant is poor, especially from the employees who wear hijabs. If they are unhappy with their job, they should consider finding another one.

Good service but find it funny that they need a security guard for an inside of a mall Tim's!!
