Part of the problem is how franchisee owners/ managers treat their employees and the frustration trickles down towards customers. It has become so rampant that this is the case with every Tim Horton outlet. I feel scared to ask them to even to give me something.
More then 15 people are working inside there and can't handle the rush how pathetic it is big line up for dine in customers . understand able if staff is less but this is unprofessionallism. ALL STAFF IS BUSY SERVING DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS NO ONE GIVE A DAMN ABT CUSTOMER STANDING IN LNE . POOR MANAGEMENT POOR TEAM POOR STAFF..
Been coming to Hortons for over 46 years. They’ve starting charging $1.00 for extra chipotle on Breakfast Wrap. Maybe $0.25, but even then. Careful counting your loonies and standing the chance of loosing thousands.
Ice Capp was filled half an inch under the minimum line and when I pointed it out the employee just argued with me and said it was fine.. not to mention how long the wait was..
Excellent fast food chain, high quality in my opinion. Does the best coffee I have tasted. Rich sandwiches, hot soups and everything else that are tasty and carefully prepared. Highly recommended for a quick and quality stop; present practically throughout Canada...
