Over then 5 years I have a same order medium iced coffee and The customer service asked me over the 10 time. How do you like your iced coffee?They are angry when you ask him he’s coming one standard order Not only one customer service asked me this question. There are two.They need to have a good training and more apologize for customer ?

Put the coffee machine on the counter so i dont have to wait for your slow

One of your employee at 5:30 am is not supposed in front counter. He didn't even greet you or answering back.

Stopped by this timz with my toddler after a doctor vaccination visit. My daughter really wanted the chocolate creamy chill and the vanilla ice cream on it. When we got the drink there was no whip cream or ice cream on it..and it was very disappointing. My daughter was excited about the ice cream not the icy chocolate drink. And the server didn't tell us before that there is no whip cream.Wouldn't recommend this location
