The Grille - Etobicoke

My Family and I have Eaten at the Grille for Years ,We Never had a Bad Experience,I have eaten Lunch there for yrs , I worked around the Block from there ,Even with Covid 19 Lingering around These folks Open up the Patio,to Begin Service,,Each...and everyday everything was Cleaned and the Food was always good ,,Today July 29 ,2020 I have the Hot roast Beef Dinner and to my expectations Wow it was good !!,The Service always Great, and to the Negative Keyboard Commandos That Trash the Reviews ,,I hear Martha Stewart Got some Cooking Tips for you lol,,,or Stay home ,,Cheers Gary&Donna...

On the 18th of February, I had ordered for pick up. I got a chicken Alfredo and buffalo chicken strips or whatever... the waitress was super nice, welcoming and all. But when I got home I sat down to eat my meal(my partner was at...work still and he had the Alfredo) I took one bite of the chicken and I had to spit it out. I thought it was just my meal that was bad, the chicken wasn’t cooked at all. When my partner had got home he warmed up his food only to find out the chicken is NOT cooked either. We broke up the chicken pieces and it was pink all over. I have photos of the meal since I had thrown my own thinking it was just my meal. This is incredibly disappointing considering we have dined there before and it was great. I had spent a considerable amount of money on these meals and to come home to UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN is absolutely terrible. We will not be eating here no longer, I cannot eat somewhere that a chef allows this.

Very poor menu, nothing special. Interior looks like on a train in 3 World country , cheap and oddly.

The grill never disappoints. I visited this restaurant several times, and the food and service was consistently great. whether they are at breakfast, lunch or dinner, they will never be disappointed. I recently visited and had penne a la vodka and. it was delicious. the taste was wonderful. the portion size was very generous and the price was affordable. the waiting staff is always friendly and efficient. coded protocols are enforced strictly. if they are looking for a good meal at a good price, make sure to visit the grille.

Before the pandemic i would go to the restaurant once and week and i really miss this place. Can't wait to go back. It's one of the best diner in the City. second to none.
