Contribuiți la feedbackA lot of service for our diving experience on 08/27 night. for a table of 4 people we ordered starters, drinks and net. we were told that the appetizers take 20-25min, but was served after 50-55min while we saw that several others served for delivery pickup and other tables that arrived and placed after us ordered. do not think that the items we have ordered are similar to what we have ordered before us. my sense is that this Indian restaurant deprives Indian customers and treats them as 2nd class citizen in terms of service. I am a regular 20% drinking money to most places, but I guess our call before us and under the assumption that certain people do not tap, they are not served as they would expect in the rule. at quick complaining during the care of my bill, the server realized that “we are busy” and bypass the tip option on the machine, even before I reach my hand for the machine. her employees in the restaurant, probably some DEI training, should rethink, and perhaps consider all Dine-in restaurants equally to treat and not these originals. eating it has high and low, navratan korma was thrown too sweet with frozen vegetables into the gravur. I liked the boti kebab and the lamm tikka masala (the reason why this is not a 1-star rating).
The butter huh and garlic naan was incredible! some of the best Indian food we had. prices were very reasonable. the place was busy on Wednesday night and we now know why. we will definitely come back.
We ordered takeout, the butter huhn was good, but it was missing a good amount huhn. we had the chicken-Vendaloo, no chicken and barely carrots, also a little to much oil salt. since we ordered after 16 o'clock, it was $14,99/ a little much for sauce. before 16 o'clock it is just $8.99 with rice, because of the lack of ahuh that is good.
This is what they serve .. dai ko. worst momos ever burned hard .. and please call it not delhi style huhn momos. you sell frozen momos. money wasted:. chutney was too salty. in any case complains about this for food safety.
For the Biryani for sure. But only star for the $4.99 plus tax Raita charged to us. Wanted to give only (one star) but .... Read story below ?We bought 2 Vege biryanis on Fri, Apr 15th and immediately we called again to ask whether raita is provided with the biryani's or no. Somebody picked up the phone and said yes its provided and kept the phone. When we came to pickup the order, we were surprised to see $4.99 plus taxes that was charged to us extra for the Raita.Honestly, the vegetable biryanis are really tasty and in good quantity also and we all loved the food for sure. But we were not told about $4.99 extra charges for the Raita. Moreover the Raita was like water 1/2 cup of water added in 1 spoon of curd with nothing else and no taste for it to call it Raita. The Quantity was half the box that was provided to us.We know that the world is changing and there are no free lunches in this world but charging $4.99 without mentioning it even once when asked for is something uncalled for. If we knew that we had to pay $4.99 for this piece of Crock then we wouldn't have bought it along with Biryani Biryani was awesome...no complaints on that We would have made the Raita at home in like 5 mins...We all have curd or stirred yoghurt at home most of the time any which ways..You have all the rights to feel that how can a customer can write an email no response received so far for this email as on Apr 30, 2022) for $4.99 which doesn't mean a world to you. But it means to us. Its not about the money but its about the worth that a buyer finds after paying for something and yet gets a crock in return is what is frustrating.Put yourself in customer's shoes and then think over this incident by visualizing it and may be then I would appreciate your honest response.ThanksRushabh.Contact number provided in email sent to you 2 weeks back.
