Swiss Chalet - Etobicoke

This restaurant is incredibly unclean and the staff are unprofessional. It takes an extremely long time for orders to be prepared.

The staff here, especially the Mexican man working at the salad counter, was extremely rude. I will never return to this restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner and had an amazing meal together. Our server, Flora, was the sweetest woman I have ever met. The restaurant is fantastic, and we will definitely be returning just for the exceptional customer service!

Great place for friends to dine and chat. Chicken portions are small due to size of the bird. Perhaps larger birds could be purchased. Also, a multigrain roll was offered pre-Covid, thus should be reinstated. The lemon pie was delightfully tart on a nice layer of crust.Parking: Coming later in the day assists in obtaining a spot.

I came with my bf for thanks giving and are server Flora was so incredibly sweet we just had too leave a review. would 100% come back just for the service ALONE!!!!!
