Starbucks - Etobicoke

The staff was disorganized, it took a long time to receive our four drinks. We had to wait a while between each drink. The bathrooms were extremely dirty.

Everyone at the restaurant is extremely friendly. They always quickly and accurately fulfill any order I make. These are the best dishes I have ever had!

The customer service was excellent at this restaurant. We were very satisfied with our coffee and breakfast. However, we were disappointed that they did not have any milk for my coffee.

I come to this place quite often and never had a bad experience to date. a barista under the name domonique was extremely rude, I asked a drink with extremely light, as I had delicate teeth when I got my order, it was half filled with ice I politely asked them to remove some as I demanded very light ice. when I was returned the drink, it was wet and sticky when she rushed and spilled it, as it was a caramel drink, I tried to wipe the carmel and liquid over the table, the cup and on my hands, but it was too sticky and nobody should get a drink so it is sticky. I asked politely about a new drink that explains the chaos, and she was extremely rude that it is not sticky when it was clear coffee on the table spilled as I tried before to cleanse. extremely poor customer service from this barista. the situation was not busy at this time. when they buy a drink, they do not expect to clean the counter and the cup to drink it.

Cappuccino is pretty bland and Americano was a bit better than Timmies coffe at triple price. Wait times are about 15 minutes or more even for a simple order. Mobile orders folks are waiting just as long. I only buy here because I got a free card but boy why are people paying this much for rather average, high-calorie coffee drinks? The Western Kitchen next to them makes a better basic coffee.
