Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Etobicoke

This is the first time I've been to a Popeyes. The location is good. There is some facility parking and side street spots available. The interior is warm and welcoming. The franchise has put effort I to their layout and design. The food is tasty. Speaking with the owners there are two batters. So if you're ordering a variety of items some will taste a certain way. This is nice in case you get flavour fatigue. The cajin fries are amazing! The spices have a little kick and extremely flavourful. There are a few sauce choices. I tried the blackened ranch and it's as delicious as it sounds. Will be back to same the rest of thee menu.

Placed an order on the app for pickup 15min from ordering. Arrived 5 minutes later than supposed ready time. Waited for 15 minutes before I got impatient and talked to the staff, only to find that the order was not even on the board. Was told it'd take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later saw a fresh batch of chicken out but no sign of my order being packed. Talked to staff again, only then did my order get packed. I understand it can get busy, but this was very poor order management when I had to intervene twice, and a final tally of 40 minutes after ready time.

I always order delivery from here, but for my last 2 orders popeyes have been really bad. i paid extra for dipping sauce yet i never get them anymore or the right ones. are there new employees or what?

This is the slooooowest Popeyes I've been to. I've been to this location many times since I love in the area. Over the past year, 9 out of 10 times I had to wait for my order for over 15 minutes. There are 2 staff (including the store manager) waiting by the food counter doing nothing to help with the back order. And this does not seem to improve at all.

I ordered 3 order of 3 piece chicken. I bought on my way from work to home for family. I waited 13 minutes as it was cooking. Chicken was full of salt, I eat more salt then usual people. But when I started eating I couldn?t. I spit out. I was very disappointed. I called to this store to explain what happened. I was not looking for free meals. But, quality is not good. I would never go to this place where there is not any standard of making products. Sad sad sad.
