The employees here are so nice. My 1st meal in the country and I wasn't expecting to eat at McDonald's, but I'm glad I did. It's a good fast food place obviously
Update: why did I even try once more after their recent renovations?? Night staff and in particular night manager are terrible for cleanliness, attitude is terrible and manager Nisarg leads with setting a terrible example.I always try and give a place the benefit of the doubt and another chance before I post a one star review like this. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the system !!! Went through the drive through, picked up another burger with a Stale and hard bun, luke warm fries, and a drink with too much ice (after telling them light ice), AND with terrible service. Not only am I not going back to this location, I’ll be avoiding all locations. McDonald’s, get your act together because THIS is becoming your norm.
Went to this McDonald’s location and they were out of large cup lids…..I didn’t think I would be writing this review, but that is just depressing
Dear McDonald'sThis is for the person who took my order and the team working at McDonald's 1001 Islington Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5X5. Time 2 AM Monday September 4th. Not was this person rude but at least he could have prepared my order right, but I'll let that slide too but why charge me for large when you are out of large lids for cups and will be handing me a medium meal. Ok I'll ignore that too but mate, but then I come home and you don't even put the **** cheese in my quarter pounder when I specifically asked and you charged me for quarter pounder cheese. After a day long of running around for work the last thing I wanted was this person screwing my day like this. I bet McDonalds trains better managers. This person needs training in taking orders and prepping and charging customers the right amount. Little things matter. This is how you lose customers. I am just upset ?.
