I highly recommend Fit Organix to anyone looking for healthy dining options, including those following vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and wheat-free diets. Jules, the owner, is amazing and always prepares delicious and satisfying meals that meet specific dietary needs. The menu offers a variety of options, from juices and smoothies to soups, salads, sandwiches on gluten-free/sugar-free bread, and desserts like apple crumble. We used their weekly food delivery service for nearly 2 years, and it was the perfect solution for my daughter's restrictive diet. All the food is organic, non-processed, and tailored to meet specific conditions. The heating instructions were easy to follow, containers were recyclable, and the food was always delivered on time. Toronto is fortunate to have Fit Organix, as there are few other restaurants that cater so well to both the general population and those with specialized dietary needs.

Tried this Gem of Etobicoke today after seeing them on Blog TO. Had the kale and turkey lasagna amazing and brought home some cookies and some frozen food for dinner. Even our picky kids loved the chicken fingers, and the salads we bought were lovely and crisp. Considering the cost of food, fuel, shopping, cleaning and convenience you won 't find value like this anywhere else. The kombucha education was an added bonus plus tons of cool products and all natural bath type stuff to browse while they pack up your food! We will be backl!

My family has alot of allergies. We need fast fresh food that is reliably yummy a few times a week and Fit Organix is perfect for that. They even take call-in orders in case the hot table items aren't your cup of tea (it changes all the time so the food is always fresh! . They even have kombucha on tap, in take away cups, perfect for travelling or on the way to hockey practice!

This is without a doubt the best vegetarian burger I have ever tried. The black bean patty was served with quinoa flatbread and had amazing flavor with a spicy kick. I also tried their carrot fries, which were delicious. If you are in search of gluten-free, dairy-free, organic options, this is the place to be. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

The food at this restaurant was served at room temperature, which is the perfect temperature for bacteria to grow. The beef cabbage roll was unexpectedly spicy and not described by the staff. There was no visible pricing, but two beef cabbage rolls cost $14 plus tax. The vegetable wrapping the dried minced beef was not cabbage. Overall, the food seemed to be of poor quality and overpriced.
