Ziggi's Coffee - ESTES PARK

We were looking to try something different from Starbucks, and we're really glad we made that choice! The service was quick and welcoming, and we loved everything we ordered—the smoothie, frappe, and coffee were all excellent!

I waited 10 minutes to place my order, even though there was just one car ahead of me. Meanwhile, pedestrians who arrived after me were allowed to order first. When I asked if one of the Blender drinks contained gluten, I was told that it did. I then inquired if the smoothies were gluten-free and was informed that they are not because they contain dairy. I'm sorry, but the staff should have a better understanding of allergies.

After a lengthy drive from the airport, we were looking for an afternoon pick-me-up. Luckily, we found Ziggi Ziggi Ziggi Can't You See, which was open and ready to serve us. They offer a fantastic variety of coffee and sweet drinks. What stood out the most for us was the roomy drive-thru and the lovely views. I highly recommend checking it out!

We have been fans of this restaurant for many years, but unfortunately, we've experienced some disappointing interactions with the staff over the past year. Their rude and condescending behavior left us feeling disheartened. While we don't particularly align with what Starbucks represents, we've always found their employees to be friendly and willing to assist!

I had a wonderful iced pumpkin pie latte made with oat milk. The prices were fair, and the service was prompt. My barista was incredibly polite! On top of that, the breathtaking view of Estes Lake was a delightful extra.
