Contribuiți la feedbackMy friend and I recently enjoyed lunch at this restaurant while exploring Estes Park, and we had a delightful experience. Dining on the grounds of the Stanley Hotel added a fun element to our meal, earning this place some extra points. The menu featured some good vegan and vegetarian options, and we appreciated that our server was willing to help us modify our dishes, even if they typically included meat. For instance, I ordered the Danny Boy! but swapped the bacon and egg for tofu, and it was fantastic. The portion of tofu was very generous and flavorful, but our food took quite a while to arrive. Our server later offered us a discount and even treated us to a cookie, which was a nice gesture. Ultimately, the delicious tofu made the wait worthwhile. There aren't many options available, and those who take photos are clearly focusing on the meat dishes. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the Tofu Scramble looked!
My friend and I recently had dinner at this restaurant during our drive through Estes Park, and we enjoyed our meal. It was quite fun to dine on the grounds of the Stanley Hotel, which adds to the experience. The menu offered some decent vegan and vegetarian options, and we appreciated that our server was willing to customize dishes for us, even if they typically included meat. For example, I ordered the "Then Boy!"—the fried tofu dish—and it was delicious. The portion of tofu was generous, but it did take a long time for our food to be prepared, resulting in a significant delay. Our server eventually offered us a discount and a complimentary cookie to make up for the wait, and I have to say, the tofu was definitely worth it. The menu doesn't offer a lot of choices, and I'm not sure who would post photos specifically of meat dishes. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the Tofu Scramble looked!
My husband and I spent a weekend in Estes, and we had a great experience! The Tofu Scramble was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a variety of options, and I appreciated having alternative milk for my coffee. I would definitely return!
