None of the sauces we ordered were delivered; the crispy chicken was dry and overcooked;

The commands are always wrong. if they give the rice, they simply give them every rice they have, and usually every time I left here it is hard. Eating is usually delicious, but it would be a good place if their order did not have to be repeated several times. I'm sorry for this place. it had the potential to be a great restaurant if it didn't have so much order problems.

I have heard that the situation in estero pollo tropical has gone down the hill, so I went to eat there so that I can give my own opinion. it was 7 a.m. on a Friday and I drew on the trip thru locked, so I went to the dining room to find a note on the door read dining room closed, please use the running gear thru a dame pulled next to me and ask her if they were closed and I told her about the note, she told me that the third time that she had done this to her this place. I saw 2 employees in the building, so not sure why it wasn't open at all.

Great to make dinner, it quickly went through the ride. chicken marinade is great when the chicken is grilled. the chicken is well cut either in 1/4 or 1/2 pieces or in the tropi chop. good quality, but the drinks are small over price my only output.

That was the most beautiful meal. I ordered it without the black ones, but the hunch is so dry I can't even eat it looks like someone ate half of my meal before I even got it. the avocados are black in it, this is so disgusting that they should be ashamed to eat that looks like this. I tried this place two times, I won't go back there, that's a bad excuse for eating
