Hungry Howie's Pizza - Essexville

I placed an order for takeout at this restaurant and decided to pick it up through the drive-thru. There is a bell that instructs customers to ring it if they are not immediately greeted. After ringing the bell twice and waiting a total of 20 minutes without any acknowledgment, I rang it a third time. Unfortunately, when an employee finally appeared, they responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, using offensive language. I expressed my frustration to the worker, explaining that I had not received any assistance despite ringing the bell multiple times. However, when I went inside to speak to a manager, both the cook and manager were disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to this establishment and find it disappointing that the staff lacks basic customer service skills.

The workers at this restaurant are fantastic! I ordered delivery for dinner and the food was top-notch. Both the service and atmosphere were excellent. I would highly recommend this place.
