Essex Diner

Absolutely loved this diner. It has all the staples that I love about diners: coffee, perfect eggs and bacon, and a friendly staff.

Can you please tell your teenage employees that it is proper customer service to make eye contact with your customers and address them as they leave, rather than stand there at the counter and look away. Tone of voice is also important. The success of your business is determined by your ability to bring customers back. The food was good but the whole experience matters.

Wait staff is very nice good their jobs. Food was very good. Prices are about the same as other Diners. 3 of us got big breakfasts it was $50. Dollars. If your not a big eater you could eat for a little cheaper but not much.

Have been going to this diner for breakfast for many years. Unfortunately, the last few times have been a disappointment. I rarely send food back but sent bacon back recently because it was limp and not crispy. It came back the same way. Home fries which should be easy to keep hot are consistently barely warm. Unfortunately not the same quality food that I have been accustomed to at this diner.

First time visiting and we were happily impressed! From the second you walk in to the second you leave everyone is friendly. You feel like family and not just a customer. The diner is super clean and has an inviting atmosphere. The menu is huge! The food is delicious and prepared as ordered. Everything was hot and fresh. The portions are very large so bring your appetite. The prices are awesome. We will be back!
