Essex Clipper Dinner Train

Great experience for every steam train lover. Children and adults will enjoy the day here. I'll beat the first. Class car because of the many signature drinks they serve. The boat trip is long and when the weather is beautiful, it adds to an already amazing day.

Staff and food were excellent. Main Entree could have been hotter, but it cost everything very well. Rate the roses on the table. We drove 4 hours to this event and had a great time

Every year the Essex Steam Train North Pole Express gets better and better. We absolutely love and look forward to this each year. Our son has a blast and interacts so well with the employees, performers, and other kids on the train. It is a must do experience!

Fun for kids and adults alike, the Steam Train and River Boat is a unique way to see the beautiful CT River Valley and get some interactive history as well. It's one of those tourist activities that the locals also do, especially around the holidays when they run the North Pole Express.
