Kfc - Española

After 3 months ago . Went to order some Chicken in the drive through. To hear a window person have a great invite to say welcome to KFC . We don 't have any chicken at this time what would you like ?. I about died???? !!! The latest visit was awesome food and great staff ! Please close KFC if there 's no chicken ????????. Enjoy peeps ????????????

This place needs a whole new make over. The customer service was terrible. When I got to the counter the server acted like he was scared to the operate the register. The establishment says : (Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits) this didn't happen. While visiting you could hear the staff yelling at each others using vulgar language. The need to learn the different parts of chicken. Got a combo, thigh, leg, and wing. Got a breast, leg, and wing, the server

Typically ordering food from here is fairly decent, quick, and delicious. However, in our most recent order we received biscuits that were very hard, too hard to eat. It was disappointing, as that is typically what the kids go for first. Other than that, the service was very quick and the rest of the food was okay.

Super sloppy presentation, hard bread, half empty Mac cheese and chicken wings where not even tossed in the sauce. Some chicken pieces where completely burned.

Ordered popkorn chikin w fries en biskuit. Dint get any salt, ketchup or napkins.. Guess I had to ask for them.. Didn't realize until I got bak to my room..
