Rifugio Alpino Monza-bogani

Everything is perfect here, starting from the nice atmosphere created by Enrico, Mariangela, Luca, Erica, Mirco and all the friends around that consider this place as their home too, the wild landscape and the superb food. Do not miss any of the fresh dishes that get prepared by these hosts. Sleep there to take advantage of their hospitality and more meals! Follow their suggestions for anything related to the area and ... contribute a little to allow some restructuring, which is needed every year at 1800 meters. They do it for love, love them too and help keeping this jewel alive.

We hiked up (1 1/2 hours) and down (1 hour) and stopped for lunch and resting. The hike is quite nice. Not too strenuous though it is steep and rocky in a few places. The rifugio is rustic. The served us pasta, coffee, cake, and water (for two people) for 34 euros (cash only). A bit steep but I guess you can charge that when there is no alternative. The pasta (gnocchi) was decent, the bread a few days old, one of the cakes was fresh but the other one was dry. As always in Italy, the coffee was great. The bathroom is rustic (see picture) but very clean. The staff was friendly. One big negative surprise: no great view from the rifugio to enjoy.

We stopped in this hotel restaurant on our way up to the peak. you need a bit more than 1 h to reach the b&b, and then about 1.3h/2h from the b&b to the peak. we are not trained, so this stop was perfect and needed, honestly. obviously, the b&b is extremely spartan: no shower, just two toilets and two sinks, rooms are very small and beds are not that comfortable. obviously, in the mountains you need to optimize time, space, resources, no waste is allowed. you need to be flexible but i appreciate this philosophy and living style. and then, the food is amazing! everything was freshly made, food was tasty and portions were very generous. the staff was super nice and welcoming, ready to help us and doing their best to meet our needs (we hiked for one hour under the rain, and we monopolized all space possible to dry our clothes and shoes for the next day : . the atmosphere is familiar, with all hosts sharing tables and common spaces, a nice chance to meet new people and share experiences! we loved this place so much that on our way back from the peak we stopped there again for lunch! price for the night and lunch/dinner is very convenient.

Per la procedura di revisione prendere prelievo vsssoi. tempi di attesa un po 'di tempo con le code da fare, Suggerirei numero di chiamata invece di assemblee all'interno del piccolo posto. i piatti, il pranzo esterno immediatamente ripagano. per restituire almeno una volta all'anno.

Posto molto accogliente per le persone che vi accolgono. tutto molto bello e genuino. mangiato ottima cassoela, comprato ottimo formaggio fatto da loro. dove devi tornare solo per il piacere di trovarti lì.
