Yum Yum Donuts - Escondido

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman at the counter approached me and said, “What do you want?” without any greeting or offer of assistance. The staff was extremely rude.

I went to get donuts and the woman who helped us was rude from the moment we walked in. The other staff member accidentally burned herself, and things were chaotic! It took a long time for us to receive our order, and after the wait, she asked if we had already been charged—she didn’t even remember what we ordered. The woman who assisted us didn’t ask what size we wanted, and since we rarely get smoothies, we had no idea there were different sizes available! The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is that my kids love their donuts!

Delicious doughnuts available any time of the day! Ideal for a late-night treat.

Open 24hrs yet I?m the evenings they are almost alway out and have very little selection. Literally 3 or if you?re lucky 4 to choose from . Don?t waste gas or time

Decent donuts. Nice people. Nice to have other choices on the menu breakfast sandwiches, etc., coffee drink options. Donuts are less sweet than some places, everyone's taste is different. I was disappointed they didn't have a raspberry jelly donut.Second time I've been there and asked. That seems like a staple of donut places, but maybe they were just out of them bothtimes. The lemon was tasty, but I'm not a big fan of powdered sugar on the outside. Definitely a nice large variety of donutsotherwise.
