Starbucks - Escondido

The Starbucks workers at Albertsons are extremely slow and rude. Every time I go I’m left unsatisfied. Starbucks is a fast pace working place. They should hire new people.

It's Starbucks. As usual friendly staff, orders correct and delivered timely and as a mocha drinker, no other place compares.

Neither fast nor friendly.With a mobile order, it took 15 minutes to get a mocha on a DEAD weekend early morning. When i finally got a drink, it was the wrong one. Took it anyways bc i do that sometimes but got no reply from the barista when i said thank you. Then i checked my order and realized she actually gave me the wrong one so i went back in to ask for the correct one and got no apologies, just and okaaaay. . I have seen them get super busy but i didnt see any other customers or cars the whole time i was there. No excuse for slow and unfriendly service.

This lady that looked like in her 40-50s was giving a attitude when we asked for trendas and said “anything else” like if she was annoyed we felt rushed and almost made us want to leave and not purchase anything . I’m not sure if her name was liliana or if that was the other younger girls name.
