Pizza Hut Express - Escondido

Read the other reviews, this place is terrible. Last time we were there they couldn't even open the cash register.

It has always been beautiful and very nice toHave a pizza or salad with all the flowers and birds all around.Vegetarian options: Breadsticks, salads, cheese pizza, vegetarian pizza, and more.Kid-friendliness: It's outdoors with birds singing and plants, trees, and flowers all around them.

Fast and friendly service every time I go here. I go here quite frequently, and I get great service every time.

Very bad customer service. The guy working the front by the named Alan? Didn't know basic product information and did not properly greet. I has to basically walk up while I was in line, after he tried to help the people standing in line behind me as if I was invisible. Very poor service!

Understaffed. Convenient place if you are staying at the Welk. My phone call to order was hung up on , when I finally got through, order was taken and told what time to pick up. When I got there, the manager couldn't find my order. No apologies, only excuses. He was stressed, so I waited for them to cook it. Pizza was good, bread sticks were bad. Threw them in the trash.
