Escogelato - Escondido

The lattes are good, the gelato is good (wish they had more dairy free flavors other than sorbet sometimes but it's okay), and workers have been friendly the times I've gone. Sometimes there's a long line but it moves quickly. The outdoor seating is a nice little area or you can grab it and walk around downtown a bit!

I ordered The Grand, which is their panini with ham, salami, provolone, feta, sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and their olive spread. God that panini was so freaking good. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is great, and the place is extremely homely. I 'm coming here if I go on a date with someone! :

This is the best gelato I've ever had. So creamy and you can tell it is made with good quality ingredients. I love all the unique flavors they always have. There is always something new to try.

I had the brown butter cookie dough. The ice cream melts fast which is an indication of good quality. For me it was not as good as other spots I've had in San Diego. It missed pieces and if you just like the ice cream, this might be good for you but wasn't for me.

Excellent Gelato! I had the pumpkin cheesecake crumble it was delicious
