California Avocado Grill - Escondido

Wow, the special today at California Homemades really hit the spot! It’s hearty: I couldn’t finish the whole thing. About half way through I was feeling satisfied but kept eating just because of how delicious it was! I still have some left for later.

Amazing breakfast burrito! I got the Cesar wrap last time and it was delicious as well!!!!

After a long flight from the east coast to the west coast, my friend and I were quite pleased to find a vegan restaurant. We ordered the root veggie bisque, Pervano bean soup and the tomato and pesto toast. It all was EXCELLENT! And the meal was served super fast. We felt recharged immediately with quality plant-based food that was delicious. Such a cute place. Food was amazing and fresh. The owner was very knowledgeable about vegan, organic and healthy options...and very friendly. Prices were great and parking on the street was easy. Definitely going back for lunch and probably some soup to go!

I 'm not a vegan or a health nut but the food here is always delish and the fact that it 's good for me just makes it that much better!!! We went here and loved it! I had the kale Asian salad which has red cabbage, red onions, kale, garbanzo beans, sesame seeds and a very light sesame dressing. It was quite refreshing and filling. My boyfriend had the nachos- so, so, so good! I also had the banana and berries smoothie, and the carrot cake. I loved that carrot cake! I couldn't believe it was vegan! With food this tasty,
