Disastrous service. I order inside, no waiter comes outside. Waiter comes outside, no other waiter has to take note. Why do you have to wait 20 minutes when there are almost no customers? You have the feeling that there is no service after 5 p.m. because employees are just watching the clock to check the end of work time on time. Incredible

Coffee in a glass and an almond croissant....until I was able to order (repeated requests from the persona that I would like to order), say and write 40 minutes. Almond croissants arrived immediately, followed by coffee in a glass Another waiting time of 20 minutes.....I just paid so I don't have to wait another hour. There was a family at the table next to me who were not served. The family then got up and left annoyed without consuming anything. By the way, the family was in the restaurant before me

Terrible experience after being served Frozen Knusperli Fish. No one apologised, the dish is one of the more expensive items on the menu (30 CHF). Several opportunities for an apology: when I returned the dish inside, our waitress, and the 'cook ' who brought the replacement.
