They always put the wrong food on my bag sometimes I ask for 4 fries They only put 3 I asked for chicken fries They put chicken nuggets . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had placed a mobile order, so when I approached the drive-thru speaker, I was met with a "Hold on a second." I waited for several minutes, even though the inside was completely empty. When he finally returned to the speaker, I informed him about my mobile order, and he told me to come to the window. After receiving my order, I asked for some ketchup. He briefly left the window and came back with a small cup of ketchup. I declined it, saying I didn't need any. He insisted I take it, stating he was doing me a favor. When I requested ketchup packets instead, he curtly replied that they had run out and told me to use the cup. He added, "I dip in these all the time." I tried to respond with humor, but he just laughed mockingly in return. Pros: The restaurant is usually not too busy. Cons: The food was served cold, and some staff, like the drive-thru attendant that day, were rude and incompetent.
