Ive been wanting to try Bistro Esencia for a while now, and I was treated to a very beautiful and delicious evening. Andrea greeted us and took great care of our table with local wine pairings and attentive service. It's my biggest pet-peeve when a restaurant serves cold bread to you, but here, the warm, crusty and toasted bread arrives leaving you cozy and off to a great start. The food and wine pairing at Bistro Esencia was excellent with very fair prices. We were 4 people and ordered different things from the menu to try. Each dish was prepared with so much creativity and love for detail by Chef Luciano. Presentation, texture, flavour: all deserves +5 stars! The wine list included great, well-known Mallorcan wines as well as new discoveries from Italy for us. Andrea, the host, was very attentive to us and created a beautiful atmosphere. A friendly and relaxed bistro serving brilliantly cooked high-end versions of Mallorquín and Spanish dishes. Very good wine list, including many excellent local wines, and extremely well-priced wine-pairing recommendations. Booking recommended!
