Always enjoy their cheeseburger and fries. Sorry they are selling! Understand retirement and hope the next owners do as well!

Breakfast is as good as it gets at Clarence's. Service is very good. The dining room is acceptably clean. I've only had lunch here once. I DO NOT recommend the country fried steak (which came with brown gravy? or the fried green tomatoes . Neither one was any good.

Loved this place!!!! Great food service. Can't wait to eat there again!

I can't tell you anything about the food but I can tell you that they looked at me and let four families walk right past me that just walked in the door instead of sitting me when I was there

I don't like fried wax paper on my sausage patties. Nor do I like being overcharged. The person who brought my food gave me a dirty look straight to my face. DON'T GO HERE. Many other places in Erwin who are friendly and much more professional and clean. ????
