Pizza Hut - Ernul

Pull up to the drive thru to be told “your order is not quite ready yet.” Okay, no worries. We parked and waited. 30 minutes goes by and my husband runs in and is told “it’ll be a few more minutes”. Another 15 minutes goes by and he’s told “oh we are remaking this order it was never made.” We refunded our order and left.We had plans, 3 kids screaming in the car. Overall frustrating. Some honest communication’s really goes a long way.

Tried to get three pizzas on 12/22. 25 minutes after the 20 minute time frame when it was supposed to be done I finally got them. There were cars in the drivethru that cut the car off waiting so long. A flock of seagulls could run a place better than that. My god.

We have ordered from here several times. Food has been good and delivered on time.

Hate to leave this review pizza hut but my order finally did come 90 minutes after I placed my order. A full hour after your estimated delivery time. And yes it was cold when I received it. Not sure what reason you might have for that because your pizza tracker put my order on the road at 925pm. Arriving at my house at 1030pm. Was it riding around in the drivers car all that time?? Do better pizza hut. Next order will be calling Domino's.

Although a little pricey, pizza and servi e was good!
