Shap Food - Ernakulam

The food was excellent, but the service from the staff could use some improvement. We visited the restaurant at night when some employees seemed to be preoccupied with other things. Some were on their phones with the volume turned up high, while others were speaking loudly. This behavior was a bit distracting, but it did not affect our overall dining experience. The management should address these issues. Despite these shortcomings, I felt compelled to write a lengthy review because I truly enjoyed the food. There is room for improvement in terms of service.

The dining experience and atmosphere are lovely. It feels like home. I'm giving it five stars because the appam tasted just like how it's made at home. Overall, it's a nice place with a good vibe. I recommend trying to sit outside.

The overall food quality is good, but the pork roast could be a bit drier. The fish curry and cassava were excellent, while the rest of the dishes were also enjoyable.
