Taipan - Erlenbach (ZH)

I visit offen Tai Pan restaurant both for lunch and dinner and enjoy it every time. At lunch time there is an open buffet, all you can eat with a great choice for vegetarians. In the evening one has a wide range of choices, all very good.

A small family run Thai restaurant near Erlenbach station. There is a large selection of dishes to choose from and the portions are ample. Service was fast and friendly. Choices for carnivores and vegetarians as well. I didn't see a wine menu however there was a large selection of spirits, beers and soft drinks. Chicken, duck and fish from Brazil and Thailand whilst beef was Swiss. Very well priced for Zurich.

We go here all the time, excellent Thai restaurant. It's simple and delicious!

So-so. Fried rice was good, Pathai was some of the worst I've ever eaten anywhere. Don't think I'll eat there again.

I was a regular take away customer for years. Since the “landlady” treated me extremely unkindly a few days ago, I am no longer a customer. I really don 't need anything like that! (Background: In order to avoid plastic waste when taking away, I asked that the curry and rice be put into the Tupperware I had brought with me. The landlady at the counter rudely refused and yapped just when I asked why. in order to coldly ignore me or my attempts to approach you from now on.
