Delicious and fresh food and great customer service. there was something to offer for all nutritional requirements and meal started from $9.90!

This is my favorite place to eat! The service is fantastic and the food is always quick, fresh, and delicious. The staff is also excellent - so kind and attentive. I have tried other Mexican restaurants on the coast but this one is definitely my top choice.

A great Mexican restaurant, they are fast, efficient and friendly. it is also great that they can see what goes into their meal, they can really do it as they want.

I was unsure of what to order and decided to try out Mad Mex. The customer service was friendly, but for $12, I expected more. The first filling in the burrito was rice and meat, but I was disappointed by the small portion of meat. When I declined additional fillings and asked for more meat, I was informed that it would cost an extra $2 due to their strict portion policy. I was surprised that a $12 burrito would end up costing me $14. The burrito was wrapped tightly, similar to Lebanese bread, and the flavors of the meat were overpowered by the rice, salsa, and salad. I was not satisfied with the meal and felt that the restaurant focused more on upselling customers rather than providing a quality dining experience. I will not be returning to Mad Mex at Erina Fair for a $12 burrito again.

I love dining at this restaurant. The food is delicious, affordable, and portion sizes are just right. The staff are attentive to my needs as a whole-food plant based eater and are willing to accommodate any special requests, such as extra avocado or beans. The food is great for those looking to maintain a healthy diet, as I have seen significant weight loss since dining here. The staff have always been friendly and the booths are comfortable. The atmosphere is enjoyable with good music and plenty of space. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit, and I am grateful to have a Mad Mex location on the coast.
