Great place to stop if driving a truck. Room on side of road.Allowed to park on the shoulder.

We quickly went through the drive-thru, and it wasn't busy around 4pm.

I ordered food and waited for 15 minutes before receiving my order. However, when I got my bagel sandwich, there were a few things missing. This has happened to me three times now, and I've heard similar stories from other drivers. I do not recommend this location due to their poor customer service.

I wish I could give this restaurant an even lower rating, which is disappointing considering it is the only one in the area. I visited two days in a row and both times I only received 30% of my order. The cashier stared at me blankly and asked if she could help me, even though I had already ordered and paid. When I returned today, I saw the staff running around, one guy doing nothing, and the manager absentmindedly wiping a machine instead of helping out. I waited for my ice Capp and pastries while the cashier served customers who came after me before even acknowledging my order. This has happened four times now and it makes me wonder if some employees are just not cut out for the job. When I got home, I found my boyfriend's turkey club sandwich was sticky on the outside of the bun, which was questionable as there was no sticky sauce in the sandwich. Additionally, nothing was cut properly and our orders were sloppily put together. Overall, the service, food, and value were all terrible. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Erin, ON drive through is the slowest in the country! Line up 15 cars deep at 3 pm.
