Wendy's - Erie

The morning staff is quite unfriendly, and they often get my order wrong. They also don’t fill the drink cups all the way. The young woman at the second window seems to dislike her job. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

I placed my order with Rob, who asked for my name. I told him it was Shaun, and he seemed pleased that he got it right. As I was leaving, he wished me a good evening. Food: 5/5.

This is the worst ran Wendy's I have ever been to. My experience started with walking in, there was a mother and her daughter standing at the counter, it appeared they had not been helped yet, so I asked how long have you been waiting, the mother replied 5-10 mins. The manager finally helps them, now my turn, ordered my food and then watched the kid at the fry station scratching his stomach with his shirt up, and texting on his phone. So I said hey you need to go wash your hands, you will not touch my food. Which he looked at me like what am I doing wrong, so he walked away, to top it off the manager didn't say a word to apologize to me as he handed me my food. Didn't even eat it after that, left absolutely disgusted.

So the line was either 6 or 7 cars long. I opted to go in as to save money,since gas is over $6 for premium. Staff was friendly, but I got my food the same time as the car that was behind me in line. I ordered the 4 for 4 with nothing special. I'm still confused on how that happened.

This one can be slow, but they do much better with the lobby open. Parking can be tough as well, saw some people pull in and park in the lawn.
