Subway - Erie

This was my only minor complaint. As soon as I was able, I let them know I was outside, and within a couple of minutes, an employee came out with my food. They were professional and friendly, and I appreciated that my order was neatly packaged—not just tossed into a bag. Everything was correct, even the extra mayo (with no judgment, of course!). Overall, it was a positive experience, and I loved being able to stay with my dogs. Definitely a win-win!

Honestly, this subway is my favorite in Erie county, PA. I 've never had a bad experience here. Staff is always very friendly when I 've been there, take out orders are always correct, and the place is clean. However, I 'm writing this review in particular because on 4/9/22 on my to go order for 5:45p I wrote 'Extra ranch on both please and thank you greatly : ' not only did I get extra ranch on the subs, but they even put some in a little side container for me which was such a welcomed surprise to find. It 's the small details from workers who care about their jobs that make all the difference. I work multiple jobs in customer service and know how busy it is. The fact that they took the extra minute to think to put some in a tiny container may seem like no big deal, but it meant a lot to me. These folks who are working hard to go the extra distance, are what keep these companies in motion. I hope they feel as appreciated by the higher ups as much as someone like me appreciates their extra effort on my orders. Thank you :

I'm more of a burger guy. But the wife loves subs. So when she says we're getting subs, this place is one of my favorites. Good food, clean environment, and the friendliest staff you will ever meet. Seating is limited. Small dining area.

Always fresh and great! One thing that separates this Subway in Edinboro from all the others in my area is they offer gluten-free sub rolls. I really wish the others would follow suit!! It's so nice to enjoy a gluten-free sub!!!

During my visit home to LA, I had to stop by my old Subway, which I frequented during my teenage years. It remains my favorite for a reason! Lexi is absolutely amazing! I've been there twice in the past month, and she nearly remembered my order by heart. Even with a long line, she worked incredibly hard and handled everything like a pro. Thank you, Lexi! The food was delicious too!
