Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Walked in today around 6:30pm, the girl made a noise like saying yeah but was slurred I guess that was my welcome to Rita's can I help you Noize? I ordered a strawberry shake, which was made very well. There was a group of individuals in the back using offensive language wasn't too impressed. Probably won't go back.

Space is way too small, ice cream is good but over-priced, and the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Asked one about a flavor and she looked at me like I was speaking another language. Toppings are 95¢ EACH and the milkshakes don’t come with any. My partner asked for “whipped cream and extra cherries” and they added cherries to his milkshake BEFORE blending it and a tiny squirt of whipped cream. All in all it’s good for a quick cold treat but I won’t be a regular.

Always a great experience with reasonable prices! They are not over priced like Dairy Queen is! They give you a lot of value for you visit! Wish I had a Rita's closer to me in Buffalo NY!

I went to Rita Italian in Downtown Erie and the staff were friendly. I often order shakes and they were delicious. The building here was recently built, so the inside of the store is bright and clean.
