Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar Erie

Went for lunch at about 11:15 which is soon after they open. Food was fresh and excellent! Waitress could have been a bit more attentive but she did a good job over all. I got the Primanti style burger and my boyfriend got a half pound burger. Our bill wasn’t bad at all, only $25 for the two of us. Will be back!

I gave a generous 2 star rating due to the waitress being very nice but we had several issues. We work I the area frequently throughout the year and enjoy Primanti Bros 99% of the time. This time was horrible. Both mine and my coworkers cheesebomb subs were completely burnt. All three of us had fries in our order and no one had fries that were even warm. They were all room temp. The food was all basically room temperature. The cheese on my coworkers fries was cold. We were all given forks when 2 of us ordered condiments to spread on our subs. The waitress was very nice and friendly but no wonder everything was cold or not warm it took longer than usual to get our food especially considering the place was dead minus a few early drinkers at the bar. We all ate all if our food because it's just not worth complaining anymore. We just won't ever go back. Shame cause it was always great there. They really need to step up their game!

Well still no resolve yet. They asked me to email so i did and no response. Next they will blame it on Covid like eveyone else does when they mess up. Wow completely disgusting. How about cooking it till it's done. It's completely raw, how someone served this is beyond me. Called Domino's and they had a pizza delivered to me in 25 minutes . This was your 3rd time messing up I'll never go back. Last time a yellow plastic bread tie was mixed in and cooked with the banana peppers. Lack of quality control at this location.

My friends and I ordered the buy one, get one free 18” pizzas. When I say that it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, that is not an understatement. It wasn’t edible, and had legitimately nothing going for it. I’m going to start this by saying that I’ve worked in a pizza place for 5 years, so I know how things go. When my pizza was brought to me, the box wasn’t particularly warm. I figured that it was just the box and that the pizza was fine. Once I drove 10 minutes to where I was going, it was completely cold. We’re broke college kids, so we tried to eat it since we’d spent the money. It was soggy, had about 10 pieces of pepperoni before all of the cheese and toppings slid off, and was cut (in some places) into various shapes (triangles and squares) and sizes. I wanted to call and complain since it was really bad, but we did eat maybe 6 of the 20 slices. I didn’t think it would be fair to do so, so I’m hoping for management to see this instead. I’m thoroughly disappointed because Primanti’s was honestly one of my favorite restaurants for pizza and sandwiches. *This is a photo of the cheese one we got. Wasn’t edible either.

I really liked this place. it was a great, casual, friendly and comfortable hangout. watching football was a social event. we have the rueben and it was absolutely moist and delicious. we had the speck and cheddarfries, who had a little brownish spices that went beyond usual. also the reese cake is a must, even if they are already full!
