Walk in the panera to 4299 buffalo rd has set my things to 1. to go to the cashier an ice-coffee. cash gives me an empty cup and says they make themselves. I had to take a man to reimburse myself.

Do not believe that the bagels are ready when they open at 6:30 a.m. I have put a bagel order through the app for picking up around 7:10 and they had none of the bagels ready or available. I was able to cancel my order.

Waited in line forever to not get what I ordered! Paid extra for a baguette and didn't get it! Got all the way home and couldn't even eat my food. Waste of time and money
