Kfc - Erie

A manager by the name of Kenny Pope was very kind while my family was outside in the heat awaiting our order to to be completed. He came outside to make sure we were all ok. He took a moment to offer water and ice since we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for our order. At most places you go, you don't often find excellent customer service like that.

I ordered the chicken tender meal it was delicious and hot, I got all that it comes with. But it was dirty inside the building.

Great place, food is always tasty and well packaged. Kids enjoy the biscuits!

It's always been good here. Staff has always been good in drive thru no complaints. Keep up the good work!

The attendant was helpful even under stress. Food was as expected...place was busy we opted to take out.
