Dunkin' - Erie

The service was awful. The manager was rude and seemed completely unaware of what was going on. The restaurant was dirty and looked as if it was about to shut down. There was very little stock on the shelves. The only positive was the cashier—she did her best to help, despite the difficult situation caused by the unpleasant manager.

The drive was a little slow, but I wasn't mad. our coffee came from the perfect drinking water temperature. what I loved so that I didn't burn my mouth first.

The first time in the load it was clean and I could not believe that all the doughnuts they have, the tim hortons do not have. I'm trying to get the coffees out of the way. food: 5/5

Terrible service. the manager was annoying and tangible. platz was dirty n looked like it was to end. very little inventory in regalen. brighter spot was a chisel, which she could despite an ornary manager. food: 1/5
